Many window furnishing products are manufactured or altered specifically for an individual customer, window or property.

Once a custom order has been approved and placed with a supplier or manufacturing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order. Any applicable cancellation, variation or restocking costs will be explained in the official quote or order documentation.

Customers should carefully review all confirmed measurements, colours, materials, operating methods and product specifications before approving an order.
